The Slovenian Environment Agency today issued a flood warning for several Slovenian rivers. Flooding can be expected along parts of the Sava and Drava rivers. The Savinja river is expected to flood the usual flooding areas. A similar situation can be expected along the Vipava river. The rainfall is expected to die down tomorrow as is the hydrological situation.

Earlier today, the water levels of the river Sava Bohinjka rose so much, it flooded a nearby camp. As a result, firefighters had to evacuate two people who got stuck inside a camp trailer.
