Slovenia's motorway company DARS sold 15% more e-vignettes in 2023 compared to the year before. It collected a total of 236 million euros from motorway tolls – a 16% yearly increase.
The company also issued over 60,000 fines to drivers without valid vignettes.
Drivers on Slovenia's motorways can opt to by a yearly, monthly, or weekly e-vignette. For cars the yearly vignette costs 117,50 euros, the monthly is 32 euros and the weekly vignette is 16 euros.
