International Men's Day has been marked on the 19th of November every year since 1999, and is recognised by 70 countries around the world, to highlight issues affecting men.

It also comes in the middle of a month of global awareness and fundraising regarding male cancers, suicide prevention and mental health.

The theme of International Men's Day this year is 'Positive Role Models'.
