Slovenian tennis player Kaja Juvan failed to pass the 2nd round at the Wimbledon tournament, losing to Russia's Anastasia Potapova in two straight sets.
Tennis player Kaja Juvan is out of the Wimbledon tournament, after losing to Russia's Anastasia Potapova in the second round with 2:0 (6:3 and 7:5).
Juvan was up 4:2 in the second set, but then asked for a medical timeout because of acute pain in her left hip. She then lost the match.
However, after winning three matches in the qualifications and passing the first round, the 22-year-old Juvan has moved up in the WTA rankings and is now 170th.
