The Slovenian Army started its Adriatic Thunder air support exercise, which will include aircraft and ground units. This exercise will run until Friday at the Cerklje ob Krki airbase, the Mirna Valley, Kostanjevica na Krki, and the Poček training grounds near Postojna.
Meanwhile, the Triglav Star 2024 international mountain warfare exercise also started today. That's being held in the areas of Bohinjska Bela, the Karavanke mountain range, and Ljubelj in the northwest. Members of the Slovenian Army and allied forces will assess their skills and knowledge in movement, survival and combat in mountainous and high-altitude terrain, until the 13th of October.
