The EU's Court of Justice ruled today that it will not hear arguments in the Slovenian-Croatian border dispute to be heard.
Slovenia tried to sue Croatia for not implementing a decision made in 2017. Slovenia tried to get the European Commission involved but it refused.
It then brought the case to the EU court in 2018.
The court urged both countries to work towards a definitive legal solution.
