Electricity prices for households and small and medium-sized businesses will be capped as of September. That was announced by the government today in a bid to ease the impact of rising prices. According to Infrastructure Minister Bojan Kumer, starting from September 1st, households will pay between 15% and 60% less for electricity compared to now. Prices will be kept low through a combination of lower duties and measures that will reduce the profits of companies that generate power.
