Slovenian skier Anemarija Lampič took gold at today’s 1,5km sprint run at Tour de Ski in Lenzerheide Switzerland. A photo finish showed that she beat Norwegian Maiken Caspersen Falla by only 3 hundredths of a second. Russian Natalya Nepryayeva placed as 3rd. This is Lampič’s second win of her career.
The Slovenian team lost in three close sets to Japan at the FIVB Men's Volleyball Nations League in Poland last night.
The Slovenian men's team are currently 3rd in the world rankings, behind Poland and Japan.
