The Slovenian government decided in a late yesterday evening session that a negative COVID-19 test will now be enough to cross the border into Slovenia without facing quarantine. Previous measures demanded that people coming into Slovenia from countries on the red list hat to go into mandatory quarantine. Now a less than 48-hour old negative COVID-19 test will be enough to steer clear of mandatory quarantine. The government also decided to abolish the list of yellow countries and in its place create an orange list of counties. The orange list will include all countries that are not placed either on the red or green list. The new measures will come into effect tomorrow.
