Environment Minister Uroš Brežan said the key topics the Slovenian environment agency assessed were earthquake safety, decreasing the probability environmental disasters, resistance to climate change and external factors, and the impact on water in the light of the warming of watercourses in the eastern part of Slovenia.

Slovenia’s sole nuclear power plant will this year also complete a third periodic safety inspection.
