The Slovenian language web portal Fran has launched a new multilingual version called Franja. The launch coincides with the portals 10th aniversary.
It will now also offer two-way dictionaries between Slovenian and several other languages, inlcuding Latin.
The portal attracts some 300,000 views a day and serves as a gateway for Slovenian language resources.
www.fran.si and www.franja.eu are operated by the Fran Ramovš Institute of the Slovenian Language at the Research Centre of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts.
