An office for helping refugees and asylum seekers find jobs and integrate in their new environment opened in Maribor today.
It is part of an EU-funded project involving seven countries, which ends in June 2019.
Volunteers will help them with Slovenian lessons and basic computer skills. They will also act as interpreters when accompanying individuals in need of medical care.
The project, called ESIRAS, is led by the Spanish Red Cross and was launched in January.
