Slovenian star rider Primož Roglič has been forced to pull out of the Tour de France for the second year in a row. He was hurt in a crash in the 5th stage of the race.
The 31-year-old said he was unable to recover from his injuries.
Roglič hit a hay bale that appeared to have been moved onto the road. He dislocated his shoulder, put it back in himself and continued the race but lost over two minutes overall to his rivals.
