Slovenia's largest brewer Pivovarna Laško Union announced it had sold the non-alcoholic beverages to the Slovenian company Nika Bev, which is owned by a Croatia firm.
Lasko-Union said it wanted to further focus on beer brewing.
The details of the contract have not been disclosed.
The Sola and Zala soft drinks will continue to be made in Ljubljana at least until the end of September. It remains unclear what will happen to the employees working for the two brands.
