This was Zajc’s first ski flying competition. Dawid Kubacki of Poland placed second and Markus Eisenbichler of Germany was third. Three other Slovenians were competing in today’s finals - Anže Semenič was 19th, followed by Domen Prevc in 20th and Anže Lanišek in 24th place. Two more individual ski flying World Cup competitions are to take place in Obersdorf this weekend, one on Saturday and one on Sunday.
