"Food is our most important strategy"

After studying in Estonian university's capital Tartu, Viljar began creating his father's dream. He started building a new dairy farm on an ecological farm, where new knowledge of the past has been intertwined with modern technology. New dairy being created, is also connected with solar renewable energy. Viljar has big plans for eco-friendly dairy products and is convinced that food is a strategic raw material for our future.
