The 12th and 13th July storms are considered to have caused a natural disaster and the affected municipalities have exhausted their budgets for basic living conditions and impact of disasters dealing with the consequences. Firefighting departments which aided in municipalities without public firefighting services will also be reimbursed. The reimbursements will be planned and distributed by the Defence Ministry and its Administration for Civil Protection and Disaster Relief.
