Philip Bauhaus of Germany won the second stage of the Tour of Slovenia cycling race. He was the first to cross the finish line in Rogaška Slatina, just ahead of Alberto Dainese of Italy, and Slovenia's Luka Mezgec who finished third. The second stage was 178 km long and took riders from Žalec to Šoštanj and Velenje, Celje, Laško, Šentjur, and Rogaška Slatina.
The winner of yesterday's first stage, which ended in Ormož, was Dutchman Dylan Groenewegen.
Tomorrow's third stage will see cyclists race from Ljubljana to Nova Gorica.
The Tour of Slovenia is being broadcast live on TV Slovenija and Eurosport.
