The director of the first film released in independent Slovenia, Vinci Vogue Anžlovar, has died at the age of 61. He died this weekend, just weeks after the release of his last film »Tartini's Key«. Last year he was diagnosed with Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis ALS and died from complications associated with the disease.
His best known film and first film in independent Slovenia was the successful comedy "Grandma Goes South".
In his career Vinci Vogue Anžlovar also worked on multiple TV shows, documentaries, music videos and ads.
