The first Slovenian satellites were successfully deployed in space this morning.
Following a number of cancellations due to poor weather, the European Vega rocket took 53 satellites from 13 countries into space. Among them also Slovenia's first satellites, Trisat and Nemo HD. Both satellites have already been placed into orbit, and are now expected to make contact with stations in Ljubljana and Maribor.
