Health Minister Janez Poklukar announced the results of the 'Vaccination Days' campaign at a press conference earlier today.
The campaign ran from the 19th to the 23rd of December.
Just over 76,500 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 during that time.
Minister Poklukar said that this would result in 2000 fewer hospitalisations and 300 fewer deaths.
He also thanked the public for their response in helping to manage the epidemic here.
