The Health Ministry has drafted plans to ban smoking rooms in all closed spaces, ban aromas in e-cigarettes, and introduce a system for the approval of new tobacco and nicotine products. The changes transpose relevant provisions of the EU law into national legislation.
The changes would also ban the marketing of tobacco and tobacco and related products on the internet and in telecommunications or any other emerging technology.
