The government yesterday night decided that all non-essential stores that were re-opened on Saturday are to close again on Thursday.
Shops that are permitted to stay open are those that mainly sell food, personal care and cleaning items, pharmacies, medical and orthopedic equipment shops, farming shops, petrol stations, financial services, post offices and delivery services.
The new measures will be in place until January 4th. Under the latest government decree, the municipal and regional travel ban will not be in force from noon on December 24 to 8pm on December25, and from noon on December 31 to 8pm on January 1.
