Slovenia is hosting the biggest sports event in the country’s history. The Nordic World Ski Championships will officially open in Planica tonight. Featuring over 2,000 athletes from around 60 countries, the championship will run until the 5th of March. Up to 200,000 visitors are expected during the upcoming two weeks of competition.
