The 5th SLO12RUN ultramarathon running event kicked off in Kranj at 7 AM today.
Participating in the event are about 150 runners from 14 countries, including the best foreign ultramarathoners and world record holders.
It is the first 12-hour run championship in Slovenia. Accompanying the event will be a fair of sports equipment and sports nutrition in Kranj.
The school year officially ends on the 24th of June every year ahead of Statehood Day, which is a national holiday.
