The University of Maribor has suffered a serious cyberattack that has rendered many of its computer services partly or fully unavailable. The university is trying to restore its systems.
The attack has affected e-services for students and staff, including email. All services requiring a digital identity are currently unavailable.
Students and staff have been informed about the cyberattack. They have also been advised to change their passwords.
It’s still unclear what kind of attack it was, or who was behind it.
