Freediver Alenka Artnik set a new world record at the Vertical Blue competition in the Bahamas. She dived 111 meters deep in the bi-fin discipline, improving last week's record by 2 meters. Artnik held her breath for 3 minutes and 41 seconds in order to improve the record. The 41-year-old Artnik is one of the only 4 women to ever dive 100 metres deep while holding her breath.
