Aleotti has held the race leader's green jersey since he won stage 3 from Ljubljana to Nova Gorica on Friday. He has also won the overall points classification.
The 5th and final stage, a 157 km route from Šentjernej to Novo mesto, was won by Irish rider Ben Healy.
Today's stage featured two categorised climbs to Veliki Ban and Trška Gora, the latter of which featured sections with gradients of up to 19%.
The Tour of Slovenia is often seen as good preparation for the upcoming Tour de France, which this year begins on 29th June in Florence, Italy.
