A blues-rock festival kicks off today on the banks of the Soča river near Tolmin.

Running until Saturday, the festival will feature concerts by various acclaimed blues artists, including such as Hans Theessink & Terry Evans and Matt Schofield.

The organizing team, which is also behind the hugely successful MetalDays festival, hopes that MotörCity would become traditional.
