She will look to strengthen dialogue and enhance bilateral and multilateral cooperation in several fields including business, tourism, research, climate change mitigation, sustainable development and women's empowerment, the STA reports.
On Thursday, Pirc Musar and her Mongolian counterpart will be keynote speakers at the opening of the World Women's Forum. The Slovenian president will take part in a panel on the role of women in combatting climate change.
According to Pirc Musar, Slovenia works a lot on empowering women, while Mongolia is also very active in this direction.
Both countries established diplomatic relations 31 years ago.
