Slovenia defeated Serbia last night 93:85. Some 7,000 Slovenian fans, including the prime minister, traveled to Turkey to watch the match. It was a historic first for the Slovenian basketball team, which went undefeated in the tournament.

The celebrations start tonight at 6 p.m. in Ljubljana on Congress Square. The players and the coaching staff will join the party at around 8 p.m. tonight.

Fans can travel to the event free of charge on Slovenian trains, provided they’re wearing a jersey, scarf or cap as proof that they’re fans.
