In October, Volkswagen and the other affected brands will present technical solutions and measures to the authorities. In short, the owners of those vehicles will also be contacted. The Porsche Slovenija company assures that all of the vehicles are already technically safe and suitable for driving, regardless of the future repair of the emissions software.

The company explains that the affected Volkswagen Group brands in Slovenia have already been published on their website. They added that owners can also do a quick and simple check to see if their vehicle is also one of the affected, by checking the vehicle’s chassis number. Additional information as well as questions and answers connected to the issue of diesel engines can also be found on the car maker’s website.
