"There were open auditions in November 2013 in the U.S and London. I went to the audition in London. When I arrived there at five in the morning there were already more than a thousand people waiting to be auditioned," said Lenart talking to MMC. However, he did try his luck and he pulled it off. He got the part which later took him behind the scenes of the most anticipated film this year. If you go watch the movie you’ll have to really pay attention to notice him. He can be seen on the screen for only a few seconds.

Four years ago in Tunisia he visited the film location of the fourth part of the Star Wars saga (Star Wars Episode I – The Phantom Menace). He thought how exciting it would be to be part of such a big film production. "It would’ve been enough to just be able to hold the cables or collect the trash. But I never imagined that I would have the opportunity to be on screen," he wrote on Facebook.

The hid in black cloaks
Andrei lives in-between London and Ljubljana. His appearance in the movie was filmed in a studio. Some parts of the film were also shot in Abu Dhabi and England. Andrei explains that the filming was done in secret. Upon their arrival all those working on the film had to hand over their mobile phones to security, which covered the phones’ cameras with tape. On exit, security guards then checked if the tape was removed. "Every time we went out we had to wear black cloaks, so that photographers couldn’t catch us on camera," he added. He also said that he saw some of the stars in the film, like for example Harrison Ford, but did not talk to him. "But the director, J. J. Abrams, did give me a 'high five'," he remembers.

Previously, his biggest success in acting was his part in the film Kingsman: The Secret Service. The main roles in that film were played by Colin Firth, Samuel L. Jackson and Michael Caine.

From Lenart to Andrei
Andrei’s name at birth was Lenart Černilogar. Lenart decided to change his name to the more "international" Andrei, after the first meeting with his agent. Even then he wanted to be successful outside Slovenia, but his agent told him directly that he would not get any work from producers who wouldn’t know how to pronounce his name. He then took his grandfather’s last name, Lenart, and decided to name himself Andrei, as he saw it simple enough for foreigners to pronounce.

Apart from acting, Andrei, who hasn’t really been well known by the wider Slovenian public until now, also works as a model. He admits that he has always wanted to become an actor and that he prefers acting. However, when the opportunity arose for him to try himself out as a model, he couldn’t refuse. At the moment he is working on a project connected to Slavic mythology. "An interesting topic which hasn’t been exploited enough," he said and declined to give out any more details about the project.
