The Hrastnik Glassworks wishes to break the Guinness World Record in the 3D puzzle category with this unusual sculpture that was constructed in four days by an average team of five people. A 1.32-meter puzzle currently holds the record. “The idea of breaking the Guinness record was made possible by the quality of the glass, the 3D modularity of the glass ‘Puzzle’ cups and the technical level of the manufacture – factors that allow the pieces to be put together vertically and horizontally,” commented the Hratstnik Glassworks in a statement.

The most famous glass pyramid is undoubtedly the one in front of the Louvre. However, it is not made entirely of glass, since it has iron supports. The pyramid, which is 22 meters high and was built in 189, has become a Paris landmark and serves as the entrance to the museum. It is surrounded by three smaller pyramids. Below are some photos of Ljubljana’s pyramid, which you can see in person until January 8 at a pop-up store operated by the Hrastnik Glassworks in Hall A in Ljubljana’s BTC City.
