Delta intends to build a Crown Plaza hotel in Ljubljana, as a part of the Intercontinental chain. It will be a 20-storey building with 23 thousand square metres of inside surface. That much was given to the media by the head of the Delta Holding Miroslav Mišković, who won’t be coming to Ljubljana due to his problems with the judicial system.

The rest is left to conjectures. The investor will be businessman Izet Rastoder, fruit and vegetable merchant and head of the Olimpija football club. The hotel will be located at the beginning of the Slovenska street, at the Bavarian Court, where a construction pit, a hazard to all passers-by, has been standing for years.
