A small plane crashed, killing three people and injuring one more. The accident happened immediately after take-off. The plane caught fire right after the crash. It was piloted by 41-year-old Aleks Delfin, an experienced pilot from the Portorož Aeroclub.

Police and emergency units are at the site and investigating the incident. Unofficial reports say the plane didn't have enough speed during take-off and hit the ground with its left wing. Last autumn two other pilots from the Portorož Aeroclub lost their lives in a crash near Kobarid.
