The court has sent expert Peter Rakovec to the private hospital Medicor to check Bavčar's condition.

Rakovec: "It was a routine medical check-up, which doctors perform every day when patients are admitted to hospitals. I talked to him, checked his records, including the original photos of the main problem being examined, his coronary arteries. I will present my opinion to the court."

Rakovec didn't want to explain what his expert opinion was, because he wants the court to receive the news first. He stressed that he would try to take into account the court's deadline by which he has to present his opinion. After that the court will decide whether Bavčar is able to serve his sentence.
