The outgoing government is meeting today to discuss privatization again. They will also debate Slovenia’s candidate for the European Commission.

The future president of the Commission, Jean Claude Juncker, expects a list of candidates from every EU country by the end of the week. The candidate from each country is usually put forth by the government, which has been complicated in Slovenia because of recent elections.
