Satisfied with Ljubljana's attitude
Delta representatives expressed their satisfaction with the attitude Ljubljana showed towards the new investors. Delta Holding Strategy and Development Vice-President Marija Desivojević Cvetković is satisfied with the procedures for processing permits, as in her opinion the Municipality of Ljubljana should be a role model for state officials when dealing with investors into EU.
"If you open the door for new investments, your building industry will flourish," she pointed out.
Ljubljana does have some nice hotels with long tradition, but also a higher level is needed in hotel industry, Živorad Vasić from Delta Holding claims. He believes the hotel will attract mainly executives, and he sees numerous opportunities for development of tourism in the capital of Slovenia.
He claims that the hotel prices will be competitive to other hotels in Ljubljana.
