He is currently in prison appealing his bribery conviction in the Patria case. The reporting judge will work on the case over the next month. If she so decides, she may call for a ruling and thus call a session of the judging panel.

No fixed time for this could be given, the court declared. The summer recess is otherwise to last until August 15.
