The other two defendants from the Patria armoured -vehicle case, have not received the judgment yet. Unofficially the court has sent the summons to Janša on Wednesday. He has been convicted to two years in prison.

The verdict was served on Janša last week as he appeared at the Ljubljana District Court for a hearing in a Patria scandal-related defamation case his party had brought against Delo journalist Dejan Karba.
