The audience was thrilled about the co-production of SNG Maribor Ballet, Ljubljana Festival, and Dubrovnik Summer Festival.
The costumes by Croatian famous designer Alan Hranitelj were said to be extremely aesthetic. The scenography by Ivan Kirinčić on the other hand was labelled as minimalistic but effective. While the Slovenian dancers with their sensual performance left the people breathless.
The ballet creation emerged from the theme of the novel by Pierre Choderlos de Laclos.
Theatre and ballet lovers will have a chance to see the hour-long performance based on the music by G. F. Händel, J. S. Bach, A. Vivaldi, H. Purcell and T. A. Vitali in Maribor this coming autumn.
