She is convinced that the prosecution clearly proved, that in exchange for 18 thousand EUR Škoberne cancelled the arrest for Esad Čehajič and also cancelled an international arrest warrant for him. In his concluding remarks Škoberne reiterated that he never received a bribe either not requested and it was just a consultant. Again he pledged innocent and also said that all charges against him base on hearsay. The other two accused, Esad Ramič and Marjan Salobir, have already admitted the offense and the court has passed a conditional sentence for them.
