Silver went to Frederic Chapuis of France. The bronze medal was awarded to Victor Öhling Norberg of Sweden. Flisar's good form was obvious from the start of the qualifications, where he managed to score the 6th best time. He then applied the same recipe in all of the matches, beating his opponents one by one at the last jump of the track.

Four Slovenians have won medals in the world cup championship in Kreischerg this season. Silver in parallel giant slalom went to Žan Košir. One of two bronze medals went to Tim Kevin Ravnjak in freestyle snowboarding, while the second bronze medal was awarded to Rok Marguč for his performance in the snowboarder’s parallel slalom.
