Since the introduction of the ranking in 1993, two national teams have been on the top for the first time. Belgium was the first to join the World Champions – the French. There were no new changes among the other ten.

Ukraine gained the most, since it climbed six places and is now ranked on the 29th place.

The next change in rankings will happen on October 25. Slovenia will be playing in Norway on October 13, and Cyprus will be coming to Ljubljana three days later.
