The ruling means that Slovenia’s Filip Flisar will remain sixth and miss out on the bronze medal. The three French athletes who won all three medals in the ski cross were acccused of wearing inappropriate clothing to gain an illegal areodynamic effect. The Slovenian and Canadian committess argued that by doing so they gained illegal advantage.

Flisar crashed in the semi-finals and will thus have to settle with sixth place. However he's not going home empty handed. He did win the best Olympic moustache award!
