Ljubljana was hosting a two-day Slovenian-Chinese business forum, which concluded today.
The meeting involved more than 150 Chinese and around 170 Slovenian business representatives. The Chinese were here to look for and develop business opportunities.
Chinese Vice Premier Wang Yang and his business delegation were invited by Agriculture, Food and Forestry Minister Dejan Židan.
Židan highlighted that relations between both countries are good and well-branched: ''Opportunities for cooperation range from logistics, distribution, investment, banking, other financial services and gaming, among other things.''
Apart from announcing cooperation between Slovenia and China in the coming months, concrete projects were not mentioned. China is Slovenia's most important trade partner in Asia.
