The prosecution accused Vogrin of three instances of alleged business fraud. Between May 2010 and February 2011 he, as the CEO of Interles at the time, ordered goods worth EUR 18,829 from the Žunko stonemasonry but failed to pay 131 bills.
In 2011 Interles also did not pay EUR 281 to DBT company, and in the same year Interles-Belcont, the CEO of which was also Vogrin, refused to settle a debt of EUR 7,419 total with DBT. Elumatec company, which signed a EUR 400,000 contract on delivery and installation of the production line with Interles, was also left with unpaid bills amounting to EUR 29,000.
The judicial senate has found no signs of criminal acts. The prosecution is going to appeal to the verdict, and another very similar court case awaits Vogrin in April. He is being prosecuted for owing EUR 30,454 to Roletarstvo Medle, a company that produces and installs window blinds.
