Fraport, which operates Europe's third-largest airport atFrankfurt, said the purchase price for the stake was 177.1million euros ($229.4 million) and that it would make an offerfor the remaining shares.
Slovenia's state investment fund SDH, which is organisingthe sale, said the contract will be signed later on Friday.
Aerodrom handled 1.3 million passengers in 2013, earningrevenue of about 31 million euros and net profit of 5.2 millioneuros, and is one of 15 businesses that Slovenia's outgoingcentre-left government had slated for privatisation last year,and the third of them to be sold.
Fraport, which had been in exclusive talks over the sale,beating off competition from France's Vinci, said itwill finance the acquisition from existing capital.
