The critics' award went to "Buzzard" by Joel Portykus. The jury was composed of Ivana Miloš from Austria, Miroslav Lanik from Slovakia and Maja Krajnc. The film "Hands Up to Heaven" (Hände zum Himmel) won the best short film award. "Charlie's Country" by Rolf de Heer was the film that convinced the audience.

All those who didn't manage to visit the festival before can still catch a screening of the winning films of the 25th Liffe or Ljubljana Film Festival at the Kosovel Hall of the Cankarjev dom in Ljubljana tomorrow. The film "Buzzard" will get underway at 6PM while "Goodnight Mommy" is to get underway at 8PM.
